Direct Support Professional

Support one person, or a small number of people, with the everyday things that keep them independent. Morning routines, a ride to work, a grocery run, an afternoon out.

What you'd do
- Help with daily routines like meals, personal care, and household tasks
- Get people to community activities, appointments, and errands
- Help each person work toward the goals in their support plan
- Show up on time, every time, and treat people with respect
What you'll need
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of experience with developmental disabilities
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass Level 1 and Level 2 background screenings
- Ability to pass a local background screening
